Where are you located?
BarbacoApparel currently does not have a storefront. Our shirts are sold online and at various events in San Antonio and surrounding areas. If you are interested in one of our products but cannot make it to a local event, make your purchase on our Shop page. We deliver in the continental United States.
If you want to see a product in person, check out our Events page to see where we'll be that month. Our page and social media accounts are updated often, so check back periodically for details.
What sizes do you offer?
Our shirt sizes range from adult S to 4X. Visit our Shop page to see if the design you want is available in your size. Once you click on a design, you'll see a drop-down menu that lists available sizes.
What are your shirt specs?
All our shirts are preshrunk Anvil tees. Nonheathered shirts are 100% cotton, while heathered shirts are a cotton/poly blend.
What is your return policy?
ONLINE ORDERS ONLY:
Unworn / unwashed items may be returned for a full refund (minus the shipping charge) within 30 days. The refund will be given through the original method of payment. We cannot send cash refunds. Refunds will go back onto the credit card used to place the order. Please return your unworn / unwashed items via mail at:

Include a note with the following information:
The order number and the name and email address of the purchaser. Please list the item(s) you are returning, and write “return for refund.”
- Customer pays return shipping on exchanges. We recommend using the USPS, as we find they have the most affordable rates. However, you can ship via any major carrier.
- We do not charge a restocking fee.

When do you come out with new designs?
We try to come out with new designs every few months, but it really just depends on how often we think of a great idea. Check our website often to see new designs, or like us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram (@BarbacoApparel). We always announce when we launch new designs.

Do you do custom designs?
Yes! If you own a business and want shirts designed and printed for your employees to wear or if you want shirts designed and printed for your sports team or family reunion, we'd love to help you out. Send us a message and we'll get back to you with a quote and plan for next steps.
Do you carry children sizes?
Yes! But only in certain designs. Check out our Kids page to see what's available.
Can I order a design in a different color than what's available on the website?
Unfortunately, we do not allow custom orders for specific tee colors at this time.
What is your typical turnaround time for online orders?
We aim to process orders within 24 to 48 hours of receiving them; however, due to order volumes and inventory availability, it can take up to 5 business days. If you need something processed quickly, shoot us an email and let us know. We're more than happy to accommodate special requests and usually do it an no additional charge.
